The A.I.M. Athletic Foundation (Aid Improve Motivate) is a charity and special interest service organization that offers a variety of free outdoor paintball & airsoft team building programs, services & events for wounded veterans of the US military, the underprivileged, and those suffering from injury and disease such as cancer and Cerebral Palsy, with the goal of improving quality of life, a community spirit, and mentally and physically stimulating exercise to those often excluded from such activity.
It operates as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

In May 2017, Zack partnered with the duo, bringing his experience from the Las Vegas craft beer industry back to his home state of North Carolina.
